MobaliGames is the games brand of Mobali Solutions OU ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. It covers this website and the mobile games we publish.

Our games

Each game has its own privacy policy that describes exactly what that game does. Our games are made to work without collecting personal data wherever possible.

• Orbit Hop privacy policy: the game collects no personal data, has no ads, analytics or tracking, and works fully offline.

The app stores (Google Play and the App Store) process data about your downloads and purchases under their own privacy policies. We do not receive personal data from them through our games.

Data we process on this website

This website has no contact form, no analytics and no tracking, and it sets no cookies. We process personal data only in these cases:

• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry, or steps you ask us to take.
• Fonts and hosting. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider handles the requests to the site. In both cases your IP address and basic browser information are processed so the content can be delivered. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the website securely.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Google may process the font requests outside the European Economic Area. That transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep emails as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and at most two years after our last contact.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict or object to processing
• receive your data in a portable format

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Our games that are suitable for all ages are built to collect no personal data at all.
