This policy covers the Orbit Hop mobile game ("the app") for Android and iOS, published by Mobali Solutions OU ("we"), which is the data controller.

Short version

The app does not collect, store remotely or transmit any personal data. It has no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no data-collecting third-party SDKs, and it does not use the internet.

What stays on your device

The app saves two things locally on your device: your best score and whether sound is muted. They never leave your device and we cannot see them. They are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

What we do not do

  • No accounts or sign-in.
  • No advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking.
  • No third-party SDKs that collect data. The app is built with the Unity engine, with Unity's online services (analytics, ads, crash reporting) turned off.
  • No in-app purchases.
  • No access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files. The app requests no device permissions.

The app stores (Google Play and the App Store) may collect information about your download under their own privacy policies. We do not receive personal data from them through the app.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

Tämä seloste koskee Android- ja iOS-laitteille tarkoitettua Kiertorata-peliä (englanniksi Orbit Hop). Pelin julkaisija ja rekisterinpitäjä on Mobali Solutions OU.

Lyhyesti

Peli ei kerää, tallenna palvelimille eikä lähetä mitään henkilötietoja. Pelissä ei ole mainoksia, analytiikkaa, seurantaa eikä tietoja kerääviä kolmansien osapuolten kirjastoja, eikä se käytä verkkoyhteyttä.

Mitä laitteellesi tallentuu

Peli tallentaa laitteellesi vain parhaan tuloksesi ja tiedon siitä, onko äänet mykistetty. Tiedot eivät lähde laitteeltasi, emmekä näe niitä. Ne poistuvat, kun poistat pelin tai tyhjennät sen tiedot.

Mitä emme tee

  • Ei käyttäjätilejä eikä kirjautumista.
  • Ei mainontaa, analytiikkaa, virheraportointia eikä seurantaa.
  • Ei tietoja kerääviä kolmansien osapuolten kirjastoja. Peli on tehty Unity-pelimoottorilla, ja Unityn verkkopalvelut (analytiikka, mainokset, virheraportointi) on poistettu käytöstä.

  • Ei pääsyä yhteystietoihin, sijaintiin, kameraan, mikrofoniin tai tiedostoihin. Peli ei pyydä laitteelta mitään käyttöoikeuksia.

Sovelluskaupat (Google Play ja App Store) voivat kerätä latausta koskevia tietoja omien tietosuojakäytäntöjensä mukaisesti. Emme saa niiltä henkilötietoja pelin kautta.

Lapset

Peli sopii kaikenikäisille. Koska peli ei kerää kenenkään henkilötietoja, se ei kerää myöskään lasten tietoja.

Jos seloste muuttuu, päivitämme tämän sivun ja voimaantulopäivän.
